Jeepers, where to start? OK, in short: My Mum and Dad love Fox's so they took me in. The eye test, the gorgeous welcome, the coffee and the chocolate were only the beginning. Searching for the perfect pair with Johny was great fun. It felt very A-list. I left two weeks later with the best specs in Northern Europe. Everybody loved them, as did I. Four weeks later they were gone. Lost in the Atlantic. Cut to Johny helping me find the only other pair in existence, via Paris, Germany and some very busy travel routes. Two weeks ago they were back on and better than ever. I can't thank Johny and the wider team enough. The hardware is super cool but the love and the care from everyone at Fox's is World Class. If you hadn't picked up on the tone and you've got this far, you should take this as a high recommend from me.

Great patient, styling advice with no pressure sales, even if you change your mind! Great choice of frames, which are made affordable by generous payment plans. Nothing is too much trouble, recently evidenced by a comment I made about my 2.5 year old glasses, where some of the laquer was coming off, Jonny leapt into action with a superb solution. Thank you!
